Big size 2000mm vertical automatic glass sandblasted machine - Model: PS2000
The glass sandblasting machine automatic system is controlled by a touch screen and PLC. It consists of a conveying section, sandblasting cabinet, auto sand spraying system, sand collection equipment, and an automatic control system. It features both manual and automatic sandblasting functions and is designed for ease of operation.
The machine is equipped with 3 automatic blasting nozzles that apply sand to the glass surface according to set specifications, plus one manual blasting nozzle. The configuration can be customized based on specific requirements.
1. Structural Integrity: The unit features a steel forging flange for the door mechanism, ensuring a solid and smart opening system that resists long-term deformation and is easy for a single person to adjust.
2. Advanced Technology: Focused on energy saving and uniform temperature distribution across the processing area.
3. Cooling & Heating System: Utilizes finned tube seamless steel pipes with hot-dip zinc processing to prevent rust and scaling. The infrared heating system uses gold-plated tubes for high efficiency and extended lifespan.
4. Control System: Fully automated "one-key start" system that optimizes the production process, reducing the influence of operator skill levels on product quality.
