Dustless sandblasting machine, also known as water sand blasting machine or wet sandblasting machine, mixes sand or other abrasive in the water. By using high-pressure air, it sprays the abrasive on the processed object's surface at high speed through nozzles to achieve the effect of cleaning the surface.
Dust-free blasting machines offer higher efficiency than dry sandblasting machines, with significantly lower sand material consumption. They improve surface cleanliness, finish degree, strength, and adhesion capacity while being environmentally friendly. Installation is easy and can be integrated directly into production lines without requiring a separate workshop.

Blast wet or dry with any abrasive: The system allows switching between wet and dry modes. Compatible abrasives include glass bead, copper/coal slag, sand, garnet, and organics (walnut, corncob, soda, etc.).
