The conveyor is equipped with 40cr steel pads without ball bearings. All pads maintain a surface error range within 0.02mm, ensuring the high precision essential for beveling. The structure utilizes thick cast iron for the bedplate, beams, and stand columns, combined with high-precision guide rails to eliminate vibrations.

Wheel Placement: Processed with two diamond wheels, base modification with one wheel, refining with four wheels, and polishing with two wheels. The grinding speed is controlled via frequency inverter.
