The spindle motor and the spindle are designed to be directly connected, so there is no noise and vibration problem because there is no belt. The machine is equipped with a low-inertia spindle motor, which makes the acceleration time very short, from 0 to 20000RPM in one second. The Thermal Isolated Direct Drive System can effectively block the heat transmission of the motor to the spindle, and can significantly reduce the heat of the spindle.
