Equipped with an intuitive operating panel, hand wheel, and a high-efficiency base chip washing system, this machine optimizes workflow. The spindle motor and spindle are directly connected, eliminating noise and vibration issues commonly associated with belt-driven systems.
With a low-inertia spindle motor, acceleration is rapid, reaching 0 to 12000 RPM in just one second. The Thermal Isolated Direct Drive System effectively blocks motor heat transmission to the spindle, significantly maintaining precision by reducing thermal expansion.
