The TV-600 is a high-speed and high-precision CNC Drilling and Tapping Machine Center. The base, saddle, table, column, and other main structures of this machine are manufactured from high-quality materials and have undergone secondary annealing treatment to ensure high rigidity and structural stability.
Equipped with a 200-liter water tank and rear-row crumb system, the drainage channel features a large inclination angle for fast chip liquid re-flux. This allows for rapid chip removal and effectively prevents accumulation. All three axes utilize high-torque motors, providing 1G acceleration and reaching 0-60m in just 0.21 seconds. The straight drive spindle eliminates noise and vibration issues, making it ideal for tapping 2-D and 3-D surfaces of small parts with multiple faces.
Furthermore, the TV-600 incorporates a Thermal Isolated Direct Drive System (TIDD), acting as a heat source barrier. This system effectively blocks motor heat conduction to the spindle, significantly reducing thermal elongation.
