The TV-600 is a high speed and high precision CNC Drilling and Tapping Machine Center. The base, saddle, table, column and other main structures of this machine are made of high quality materials and have undergone secondary annealing treatment to ensure high rigidity and stability of the structure.
This machine is equipped with 200 liter water tank and rear row crumbs. The drainage channel inclination angle is large, chip liquid re-flux speed is fast, allowing it to quickly wash away and remove chips effectively. All three axis use high-torque motors, providing 1G acceleration and achieving 0-60m in 0.21 seconds. The straight drive spindle eliminates noise and vibration issues, making it suitable for tapping 2-D and 3-D surfaces of various small parts.
The TV-600 utilizes a Thermal Isolated Direct Drive System (TIDD), which effectively blocks motor heat conduction to the spindle, significantly reducing thermal elongation.
