This horizontal glass seamer features advanced four-side simultaneous grinding technology, capable of completing chamfering, bottom edge grinding, and Low-E coating removal in a single pass at speeds up to 40m/min. Equipped with a BUS PLC controlling system and full servo motors, this machine delivers exceptional precision and energy efficiency.
Innovative "three bridges" structure with 4 sets of grinding head mechanisms enables simultaneous up & down chamfering and bottom edge grinding.
Exclusive cylinder-probe positioning design prevents direct contact with glass surfaces, eliminating scratches while ensuring easy operation.
Bottom edge grinding wheels feature a specialized "double edger bowl" structure that delivers flawless finishes for premium glass products.
