The machine features a safe and convenient operation design. The rear of the machine utilizes a box-shaped architecture and is equipped with a specialized tank collecting box. The humanized space design and wide operating door facilitate extremely convenient loading and unloading of workpieces. This machine also incorporates an intuitive operating panel, hand wheel, and a high-efficiency base chip washing system to maximize workflow efficiency.
The spindle motor and spindle are directly connected to eliminate noise and vibration issues commonly associated with belt-driven systems. Equipped with a low-inertia spindle motor, the machine achieves rapid acceleration from 0 to 12000RPM in just one second. The Thermal Isolated Direct Drive System effectively blocks heat transmission from the motor to the spindle, significantly reducing thermal impact during operation.
