Model ZK-3826: 2022 new chip loading and cutting all-in-one machine designed for high efficiency.
1. The main machine covers an area of 4500 × 2800 × 800mm. It is compatible with all original glass sizes within 3660 × 2440mm.
2. Features a 4300 × 2700 × 800 portable air-floating open-sheet worktable at the back. It includes high-pressure air-floating functions and multiple ejector rods (one horizontal, two vertical).
3. Dual-Axis Drive: The beam drive adopts a servo motor two-axis drive mode using Fuji servo motors for superior precision compared to standard single-axis stepper systems.
4. Precision Components: Equipped with Japanese SMC electromagnetic proportional valves for advanced pressure regulation.
5. Optimized Control: Uses the GALIL (USA) computer control system paired with specialized optimization software, achieving up to 98% material utilization.
