The machine is equipped with 3 pairs of brushes and 2 pairs of air knives. The rotation speed of brushes and air volume can be adjusted by frequency conversion. The top brushes consist of 2 hard brushes and 1 soft brush. The two hard brushes can be lifted up pneumatically to provide capacity for Low-E glass processing.

All metal covers and water tanks are made of stainless steel. All parts in contact with water are made of waterproof materials. The temperature of dry air and cleaning water can be heated. The top of the machine can be raised by 350mm, which is convenient for maintenance.

All metal sheets used on the equipment are processed by laser cutting. The main body of the machine is welded with high-quality steel and processed by CNC gantry milling, ensuring mechanical precision through our advanced CNC machining center.
