JFE-9540 Glass Straight Line Bevel Multilevel Edging Grinding Machine

It is suitable for processing different thickness and sizes for flat glass straight line and 45 degree line edging. The First five head can be adjusted and rotate 0-45 degree in angle, in the meantime, the wheels can move forward and backward as a whole part.

Coarse grinding, fine grinding, polishing and chamfering can be completed in one time. It's 11 grinding heads have a powerful function to eliminate lines of glass, which can strongly improve the polishing brightness of glass.

The base, front and rear beams, beds and grinding heads are of casting materials (annealed to prevent deformation), which can bear large loads and has stable performances.

The front and rear beams, beds and grinding heads are of 40 Cr forged materials, whose surfaces is much more durable with high-frequency quenching treatment after fine grinding.
