Glass vertical edge grinding line is automated equipment for glass processing, mainly used for glass edge grinding, chamfering, polishing and other processes. The equipment adopts an automated control system, which can operate continuously, reduce manual intervention, and improve production efficiency.
1. The whole line includes 4 sets of SZM-9SP intelligent polishing machines, 3 sets of SFZT2516 robot arms, and one set of SX-2500L vertical washing machine.
2. The whole line efficiency is controlled by Robotics arm SFZT2516 (3-4 pcs per min).
3. All edging machines adopt extended feeding and output guideways.
