Features & Construction
The machine adopts gear drive with variable frequency speed control. The frame is made of high-quality powder-coated steel and aluminum alloy, providing durability, waterproof, and rust-free performance. Transmission rollers are coated by high-quality vulcanized rubber with stainless steel shaft ends.
Equipped with 3 pairs of brushes and 2 pairs of air knives. The brush speed and air volume can be adjusted by frequency conversion. The top brushes consist of 2 hard brushes and 1 soft brush. The two hard brushes can be lifted up pneumatically to provide capacity for Low-E glass processing.
All metal covers and water tanks are made of stainless steel. All parts in contact with water are made of waterproof materials. The temperature of dry air and cleaning water can be heated. The top of the machine can be raised by 350mm, which is convenient for maintenance.
