Automatic Vertical Warm Edge Super Spacer Insulating Glass Production Line Machine
This line is designed for high-volume production of both ordinary and Low-E insulating glass. It features a high degree of automation, exceptional efficiency, and is engineered for ease of operation and maintenance.
Section 01: Input Conveyor
Transmits glass into the washing and drying section. Equipped with carbon fiber conductive brushes for coating glass and Low-E detection.
Section 02: Washing and Drying
- 1All washing areas, water tanks, and waterway systems are built with stainless steel and corrosion-resistant materials.
- 26 independent motors drive 6 brushes, ensuring continued operation even if one motor requires maintenance.
- 3Direct coupling connection between motor and brush prevents slip or idling.
- 4Combination of 0.1mm soft brushes (for Low-E glass) and 0.2mm hard brushes (for ordinary glass).
Section 03: Inspection Conveyor
Features an openable door at the rear for easy access and maintenance.
Section 04 & 05: Application Tables
Tilting table for Super Spacer manual application and specialized section for Georgian bars application.
Section 06: Assembly & Panel Press
