The CNC integrated cutting machine for flat float glass is an automatic, self-loading table designed for straight and shaped cutting. It features a fixed working table, loading arms, and breakout bars. This high-tech solution includes suction cups on the cutting bridge for automatic transfer to a breakout table, ensuring efficient workflow.
The loading arms are equipped with double suction cups powered by a vacuum pump, ensuring maximum safety during the handling of glass sheets. Sheets are picked up directly from a glass rack. The glass sheets are positioned automatically and squared electronically, eliminating the need for manual operator intervention.
