1. Overview & Description

The GC-LDM-II is a high-tech vertical working center designed for the deep glass processing industry. It efficiently completes complex tasks in short timeframes, producing high-quality, high-precision glass. This system eliminates accuracy issues associated with manual drawing and cutting.

Utilizing international advanced numerical control systems, the machine realizes dynamic management of each axis and precise speed control. It is ideally suited for structural glass processing, including frameless doors and glass curtain walls.

1.1 Machine Structure

The vertical design occupies less floor space and simplifies positioning. The main frame is constructed from welded structural steel with double vertical beams for the Y and V axes. X, Y, V, Z, and W linear axes are driven by high-precision ball screws on linear slide ways.

1.2 Key Components

Electro-spindle: Features a constant torque output of 7.5KW. Even at 12000 RPM, it delivers 25Nm of torque, allowing for large-diameter grinding wheels. The spindle is water-cooled and allows water passage through the center for enhanced processing quality.

NC & CAM Software: Integrated professional numerical control system with a 19-inch color touch screen. The LEASY CAM software supports graphic libraries, DXF imports, and intelligent interference judgment.
