TGK2225 CNC skiving roller burnishing machine features a smart and simple CNC system, high efficiency, and stable performance. With a uniform, artistic design and anti-oil splash/leakage measures, it fixes the workpiece while rotating the tool. Using combined skiving and roller burnishing technology, it solves deviations in hot-rolled steel tube rough processing and straightness issues in cold-drawn steel tube finishing. Ideal for hydraulic cylinder part boring and roller burnishing, it achieves IT7-8 hole tolerance and Ra0.2-0.4μm surface roughness, 10x faster than traditional boring and 20x than ordinary honing machines.
