The TV-600 is a high-speed and high-precision CNC Drilling and Tapping Machine Center. The base, saddle, table, column, and other main structures are made of high-quality materials and have undergone secondary annealing treatment to ensure high rigidity and stability.
Equipped with a 200-liter water tank and rear row crumbs system. The large drainage channel inclination angle allows for rapid chip liquid reflux, effectively preventing chip accumulation.
All three axes use high-torque motors, providing 1G acceleration and reaching 0-60m in 0.21 seconds. The Thermal Isolated Direct Drive System (TIDD) effectively blocks motor heat from the spindle, reducing thermal elongation.
