The 3D crystal laser engraving machine is a device that uses a UV laser beam to perform fine engraving inside transparent or translucent materials such as crystal and glass. The working principle is based on the interaction between laser and matter. When the UV laser beam is focused inside the material, the energy causes local rapid heating and vaporization. By precisely controlling the power and focus position, tiny bubbles or cracks are formed to outline predetermined patterns or text.
This 3D crystal laser engraving machine is capable of engraving on the surface and inside of glass and crystal products. It is also widely used for surface marking of metal, plastic, wood, leather, acrylic, cloth, ceramic, and coated films.
