WLBZ2030 Insulating Glass Production Line is designed to produce insulated glass with rigid spacer bars. This Automatic Vertical Insulating Glass Production Line is engineered to vertically wash, assemble, and flat panel press insulating glass units with PLC control. It is designed for mass production and is especially suitable for curtain walls and facades.
The line is composed of washing, drying, assembly, and pressing. It can process double and triple glazing or even more. It can be upgraded and expanded according to user's requirements.
Washing System: Glass is always washed and dried thoroughly before assembly, achieved automatically.
Assembly Unit: Sandwiches butyl coated spacer frames between two pieces of glass vertically for easy alignment.
Pressing Unit: Utilizes flat panel or rollers press. After pressing, the insulated glass is ready for final sealing.
