The machine has a safe and convenient operation design. The back of the machine has a box-shaped design and it is equipped with a tank collecting box. The humanized space design and the wide operating door make the loading and unloading of the workpiece very convenient. This machine is also equipped with easy to use operating panel and hand wheel and high efficiency base chip washing system, making the work more efficient.
The spindle motor and the spindle are designed to be directly connected, so there is no noise and vibration problem because there is no belt. The machine is equipped with a low-inertia spindle motor, which makes the acceleration time very short, from 0 to 12000RPM in one second. The Thermal Isolated Direct Drive System can effectively block the heat transmission of the motor to the spindle, and can significantly reduce the heat of the spindle.
