CNC Laminated Glass Cutting Machinery is specifically designed for high-precision processing in the glass industry. This model JBQ-CNC-3826 offers an automated solution for making laminated glass with superior efficiency.
The glass is placed on the synchronous conveyor area and automatically positioned. The pneumatic knife lowers for upper and lower cutting. After cutting, pressure wheels break the upper and lower surfaces. The heating rod activates, vacuum cups pull the slit open, and the specialized knife cuts the internal film. The entire process ensures a clean edge without fragments.
