The intelligent glass cutting assembly line consists of three major systems: the loading table, cutting table, and breaking table. The process is fully automated, performing picking, cutting, and air floating table breaking with high precision. Suitable for straight and irregular cutting of flat glass in construction, decoration, home appliances, and mirrors.

The cutting head pressure is controlled by an electromechanical precision valve. The uniform output allows the head to perfectly fit the glass surface, avoiding issues caused by glass quality. Oil is automatically filled using pneumatic pressure synchronized with the PLC system.
Automatic Edge-finding: Detects the actual position and deflection angle of the glass to adjust the path automatically.
Irregular Scanning: Intelligently scans special-shaped templates to generate graphics automatically.
