AUTOMATIC GLASS CUTTING TECHNOLOGY
The working principle of the cutting machine is to transport the cut glass from the conveyor belt to the worktable and automatically record the position of the glass through the photoelectric scanning system. Then, the cutting head with the diamond wheel on the tool box is controlled by the program to move along the X and Y directions.
The glass automatic cutting machine adopts an industry-leading servo direct drive structure combined with a high-quality linear guide rail, providing stable and reliable performance with a long service life.

CUTTING CONTROL & OPTIMIZATION
Professional glass cutting and optimized layout functions greatly improve material utilization and production efficiency. Compatible with major optimization software (Italian OPTIMA and domestic Guiyou), standard G code realizes versatility in processing different file formats.
FIBER LASER POSITIONING
Automatic edge positioning accurately detects the actual position and deflection angle of the glass. The system intelligently scans special-shaped objects and automatically generates paths for precise contour cutting.
PRECISION CUTTING TECHNOLOGY
Cutter head pressure is managed by a mechatronic precision valve. The cylinder ensures even pressure so the head fits perfectly to the glass surface, preventing jumping and ensuring a clean break.
AUTOMATIC OIL SUPPLY
Kerosene is automatically filled via pneumatic pressure control. The PLC synchronizes oil supply time with the cutting head movement for consistent lubrication.
