Carbon fiber conductive brushes are used for coating detection, capable of automatically detecting Low-e glass.
The overall material is 304 stainless steel, including all bearing bases and seats.
A. Total 3 pairs of brushes. Soft brushes (0.1mm) and back brushes (0.2mm) ensure easy washing of Low-e glass.
B. 3 sets of motors drive 3 pairs of brushes via coupling connection, ensuring stability and reducing wear compared to belts.
C. Motors are controlled separately by 3 independent circuits for reliability.
Air Knife: Hexagonal design provides strong wind for fast and superior glass drying.
Water Tank: Made of 304 stainless steel with heating function for effective cleaning in cold weather.
