Production Information

This automatic washing machine is mainly used for cleaning glass bottles, plastic bottles, jars and other kind bottles before filling. The machine will wash bottles inside and outside automatically. It can be combined with filling machine, capping machine, conveyor and other packaging machines to make into a production line. It is widely used in wineries, beverage factories, brewing factories, pharmaceutical factories and other packaging lines.

Machine Details & Features

The mechanical hand stamping parts and casting materials are all made of national standard 304 material, which ensures corrosion resistance. The manipulator features accurate positioning and easy turnover.

The Bottle pusher is made from organic polymer materials. It can adjust back or forward to adapt to the bottle's diameter and deliver bottles to the washing machine automatically.

The Rinser part washes the bottle automatically, covering both the inside and outside surfaces.

The custom-made bottle gear is responsible for transferring bottles between the gear and mechanical hand, returning them to the conveyor line once washing is complete.
