Sliding Systems: The bridge sliding systems utilize a high-precision pinion-rack system. Racks and pinions are tempered and refaced to maintain a ± 0.02 mm tolerance. The dual-pinion placement ensures the bridge remains perfectly perpendicular during rapid acceleration and deceleration phases.
Cutting Bridge: Manufactured from rigid steel, the bridge system is insensitive to temperature fluctuations, minimizing wear and tear. The aluminum cut trolley and recirculation ball-bearing system guarantee high responsiveness to glass surface variations.
Every machine is designed using 3D CAD technology and processed through CNC working centers. This innovative production concept guarantees uniformity and consistent quality across all units.
