This Vertical Insulating glass machine is composed of 7 key sections designed for high-speed washing of Low-E glass and efficient gas filling. Controlled by PLC, it features automatic frequency control of motor speeds across the entire line.

Section 2: Washing and Drying

Features a 15kw fan and two pairs of wind knives with muffling equipment to reduce noise. The washing section is a single piece of stainless steel to prevent leaking.

Section 4: Inspection & Spacer bar Positioning

Uses photoelectric switches for automatic height induction. Includes an entry design allowing workers to manually clean any stubborn dirt before assembly.

Section 6: Assembly & Gas Filling

Equipped with 18 photoelectric switches corresponding to 18 gas filling gears. The servo motor ensures the board is pressed smoothly at a uniform speed, achieving European standard gas filling levels.
