The straight line glass edging machine is suitable for edging straight lines and chamfer angles of different sizes of flat glass. It combines coarse grinding, fine edging, and polishing of the straight line together with coarse/fine edging of the two side corners in one single procession. It features mechanical stepless adjustment with a wide range and steady speed changing.
Three-phase high speed motors are used in the grinding system with the latest technology grinding wheels. The transmission mechanism utilizes a synchronous belt to avoid glass surface scratches during operation. The control system is designed with a humanized approach for organic coordination between parts.
