The 2MB4140-ZD automatic outer (double workpiece) polishing machine is a cutting-edge equipment designed for versatility, reliability, and safety. Featuring a double workpiece structure, this machine enables simultaneous lifting and lowering during the polishing process, significantly boosting operational efficiency.
It supports the installation of elastic polishing wheels that scrape shapes according to the workpiece contour. This allows for rough polishing, fine polishing, or surface finishing on the exterior of metal ware. Ideal for processing stainless steel, aluminum, copper, and other metal materials. The automated system allows users to set the mold, secure the workpiece via suction, adjust stroke distance, and start the process with a single button.
