Key Configurations

Axis Movement The gantry design is composed of 4 axes: X-axis, Y1-axis, Y2-axis and Z-axis. The gantry bridge is driven by two servo motors Y and Y1 synchronization, and all axis equipped with ball screw and linear guides.
Auto Lubrication System Machine is equipped with an automatic lubrication system to effectively ensure all the movement parts been well lubricated all the time.
Spindle Cooler Independent external industrial cooling system, through the heat exchanger to achieve a constant temperature of the machining spindle, that works efficiently and prolongs the service life of the spindle.
Control & Interface Windows operation interface, containing Chinese and English languages. Perfect combination of experience value compensation and real-time pressure compensation for mirror polishing effect.
