DZM11P GLASS STRAIGHT-LINE EDGING MACHINE
The front and rear beams of the machine adopt high-strength steel box structure. The right side of the beam is a circular track. The rails on both sides and round end of the beam are embedded with quenched super hard steel guide rails, which provide exceptional durability. The machine utilizes chainless ball bearing transmission to change the sliding contact into rolling contact, reducing tension for smoother drive operation.
The main drive features a variable frequency speed regulation motor and hardened gear reducer combined with an RV Reducer, ensuring higher efficiency and no shaking at low speeds. Controlled via PLC with a Touch Screen interface, it displays processing thickness, speed, and metered totals reliably.
