This automatic washing machine is mainly used for cleaning glass bottles, plastic bottles, jars and other kind bottles before filling. The machine will wash bottles inside and outside automatically.
It can be combined with filling machine, capping machine, conveyor and other packaging machines to make into a production line. It is widely used in wineries, beverage factories, brewing factories, pharmaceutical factories and other packaging lines.
1) Material Quality: The mechanical hand stamping parts and casting materials are made of national standard 304 material, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance. The manipulator features accurate positioning and easy bottle turnover.
2) Bottle Pusher: Constructed from organic polymer materials. It adjusts to various bottle diameters and delivers bottles from the conveyor to the washing unit automatically.
3) Rinser Part: Automatically cleans both inside and outside surfaces of the bottles.
4) Bottle Gear: Custom-made organic polymer gear responsible for transferring bottles to the mechanical hand and back to the conveyor line once finished.
