Section 01: Input Conveyor

Mainly to transmit the glass into the washing and drying section. Carbon fiber conductive brushes are used for coating glass and Low-e glass detection.

Section 02: Glass Washing and Drying Section

• Stainless steel material used for all washing area and waterway systems.
• 6 brushes driven by 6 independent motors for continuous operation.
• Direct coupling connection prevents slipping or motor idling.
• Front 3 soft brushes (0.1mm) for Low-E glass; Back 3 hard brushes (0.2mm) for ordinary glass.

Section 03: Inspection & Section 04: Tilting Table

Includes a glass inspection conveyor with an openable rear door and a tilting table for manual Super Spacer application.

Section 05 & 06: Georgian Bars & Panel Press

• Denser steel frame for a stronger machine body.
• Panel press controlled by Servo Motor.
• Two-layer front pressing plate ensures long-term flatness.
• Suction cups equipped with separate logic valves, working partitioned by glass size.
• Automatic online Gas Filling: Suitable for double and triple IGU.
