Section 01: Input Conveyor

This section facilitates the transmission of glass into the washing and drying area. Equipped with carbon fiber conductive brushes, it is optimized for coating glass and Low-e glass detection.

Section 02: Glass Washing and Drying

• Full stainless steel and corrosion-resistant materials for all washing areas, tanks, and waterways.
• 6 brushes driven independently by 6 motors to ensure continuous operation.
• Direct coupling connection between motors and brushes to prevent slippage.
• Dual-action cleaning: 3 soft brushes (0.1mm) for Low-E glass and 3 hard brushes (0.2mm) for ordinary glass.

Section 03: Transition Section

Utilizes dual motors to drive transmission. This allows two small glass panes to be parked simultaneously, significantly increasing workflow efficiency.

Section 04: Lights Inspection & Spacer Placement

• Constructed from high-quality aluminum-alloy profiles.
• Movable rear door with lock for easy cleaning inspections of the glass backside.
• Energy-saving LED lamp array for precise light inspection.

Section 05: Outside Assembly (Optional)

Section 06: Panel Press & Argon Gas Inflation

• Automatic online bottom-side argon gas filling for double and triple IGU.

Section 07: Output Conveyor

Storage and transmission section designed to optimize output efficiency. It can be integrated directly with sealing robots for automated storage of completed glass units.
