Automatic Glass Loading Machine With Tilting Frame To Load Glass In A Side Stand
1. PURPOSE/DESCRIPTION OF PROCESS
This Automatic Glass Loading Machine With Tilting Frame To Load Glass In A Side Stand is a flat glass loading system by flip arms with vacuum cups, glass sheet movement from left to right (respected to alignment feet), it can be customized.
It's made of electrowelded steel of remarkable robustness, and it's composed by a lower frame sliding transversally on two rails and by an upper frame hinged on the lower structure. The upper frame contains tilting arms with vacuum cups able to pick up the glass sheets placed on the side rack. The side movement of the lower frame is given by brushless motors.
From the stack using a vertical hoist, separating first the lower edge and then the upper edge with an intermediate waiting time. The suction-cups are the bellows type mounted on sprung pins that compensate for any horizontal misalignment errors of the stack from where the sheet is picked-up. Each suction-cup can be fixed manually along the axis of the arm on which it is mounted.
The automatic alignment of the glass sheets in the rollers table is meant by ultrasound sensor.
The alignment is trough the rollers rotation on the long side and trasversal movement of the lower table on the short side.
