Water Tacl Powder Spray Equipment For Windshields Glass Processing
1. PURPOSE/DESCRIPTION OF PROCESS
This Water Tacl Powder Spray Equipment For Windshields Glass Processing is used to spray the water talcum on the glass surface, prevents the 2 sheets glass from sticking together in the bending furnace process.
After the glass washing and drying process and before heat bending, it's necessary for each sheet to be sprayed with a non-stick substance. Usually, talcum powder and water mixed is enough to prevent the sheets from sticking to one another when they are stacked, especially in the glass bending process.
The silicon powder mixed with deionized water, filtered mix within the mixing barrel, with a pump to the nozzle, the nozzle spray the powders on the glass surface evenly.
When there is no need to spray the mixture of silicon powder and deionized water, it can flow back to the mixing barrel by pump.

The main method of the powdering machine is wet spraying
Spraying gun will not always keep blocking, because of the flow back system

Transfer wheels equipped with brush, to clean the powders, it can prevent the glass lower surface with silicon powders.

Talcum powder spraying system can have 2 deckers/layers, suitable for full automatic production, when the glass need to be spraied by taclum powder, it can be transferred after spary, if it doesn't, it'll be only transfed by a normal conveyor.
